The World Youth Freestyle Wrestling Championships came to a close in Thailand.
Armenia’s Davit Apoyan (66 kg) lost to his Georgian opponent in the semifinals. But he performed excellently in the bronze-medal match and defeated his challenger.

Vahe Tamrazyan (84 kg) likewise reached the semifinals, but he was defeated by his opponent. He lost in the bronze-medal match, too.

And Artak Hovhannisyan (55 kg) was defeated by his Georgian challenger in the quarterfinals, and also lost to his Japanese opponent in the bronze-medal match.
