Armen Martirosyan on the need for changing the PM

Recently, the need for changing the PM is spoken a lot. “Prosperous Armenia” party, which openly declares, that is for changing the head of government, seems to be most concerned about this issue.
Lurer.com talked about this issue also with “Heritage” party deputy chairman Armen Martirosyan, who saw a need for changing not only the person.
"We are for changing the situation. If only a personality-change should take place, I don’t think it’ll result in any remarkable change in the country. We are in favor of radical reforms, and we are convinced that only radical reforms can lead to a qualitative change in the country. We haven’t witnessed any substantial change in the result of a personality-change. Various Prime Ministers have preceded Tigran Sargsyan, but the economy of Armenia, in fact, has developed by the same logic. We definitely need to change the bases, the logic, as well as the entire government system.”
Armen Martirosyan also reminded that since the last convocation of the National Assembly, when the issue of distrust against the government was raised, Heritage" party to vote for it.
"Of course,  by voting against the government's activities, we also leave the whole the responsibility on the authorities, because the government never acts alone: it operates hand-in-hand with the authorities, and we unequivocally think that the government bears the responsibility," added the latter.
Concerning the topic we tried to get commentary from ARF representatives, which, however, we were not able to manage.
