On the NA 1st session of the 5th convocation of Autumn, Hovik Abrahamyan presented Viktor Dallakyan as RA President’s representative to NA. Later, in the interview with journalists, Viktor Dallakyan said, that he is going to take over the position of deputy head of the RA President’s office: “As to this appointment, the agreement has been made long before.”
Speaking of his and President’s partnership, Dallakyan said, that he has both criticized and cooperated, because he loves his country.
