“Hraparak”: Gagik Tsarukyan’s absence from NA

Gagik Tsarukyan was also absent at the first meeting of 2nd session. He hasn’t entered the Government building yet. Even Manvel and Seiran Generals, Sa,vel Aleksanyan and others attend the meeting.
Yesterday President’s representative Viktor Dllakyan was also present, whom MPs congratulated with sparse applause. He was sitting not in the place where his previous Garnik Isagulyan was sitting, in the balcony for the government and guests, which gave ground to two conclusions: Hovik Abrahamyan will provide better conditions for him, than for Isagulyan, which is deprived of the right to enter NA building area in car, and also balcony is a springboard in the executive from the point of view of getting position.
