Turns out NA former Speaker RPA member Samvel Nikoyan is afraid of oppositional figures. AS the newspaper sources inform, these days Nikoyan was invited to Kentron TV for a debate, and he was informed beforehand that his opponent is going to be ARF faction member Hovhannes Igityan.
