On September 10 at 09.25 pm driver of VAZ-2107 vehicle hit a 21 year-old young man on the road of Astghadzor village, Gegharkunik Region, which was transferred to the hospital with bodily injuries, and the driver fled from the scene.
Investigation is underway.
