Russia offers to organize a conference, which will gather all actors of Syrian conflict – representatives of different state and opposition communities, Russia’s Deputy MFA declared in an interview with Le Figaro.
“We suggest our colleagues to organize a conference likewise the conference which put an end to the civil war in Lebanon in 1990.
