Bryza: “The Azeri can’t retake Karabagh now”

"The Azeri can't retake Karabakh now. They are militarily incapable of doing it," said the OSCE former co-chairman, former U.S. ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza in his interview with Reuters news agency, informs “Azatutyun” radio station.
"I do not think that they are able to exclude Armeninan forces from the heights. I think that it’s extremely difficult,” stressed Bryza.
