Fiasco of Azeri campaign: EP adopts resolution over Safarov’s case

European Parliament adopted resolution over Ramil Safarov’s case, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Artak Zakaryan told Lurer.com adding that EP adopted the reolution with overwhelming majority.
According to Zakaryan all offers made my Armenia were adopted, which means that EP adopted a resolution which condemns Aerbaijan’s actiona connected with Ramil Safarov.
“EP shows its approach towards unacceptable, anti-human actions of Azerbaijan addressed to European values, criticizing unacceptable steps taken by Aliyev’s state agencies, actions, which in no way adjust in European evaluating system,” Zakaryan said.
He stated, that there were some formulations not supporting Armenia in the preliminary text, including the formulation “occupied territories”, which were removed from the resolution. Besides there were some additions have been made.
