According to the newspaper sources Gyumri City current mayor Vardan Ghukasyan beat his chief of staff Boris Aleksanov for palling with the new elected mayor Samvel Balasanyan.
The newspaper contacted Ghukasyan’s press speaker Lilit Aghekyan to clarify the information: “You incandesce the non-existing situation. These are just rumors,” also expressed her attitude the press speaker.
