Today, on the occasion of the 14th death anniversary of former president of the Republican Party of Armenia Andranik Margaryan, third President of Armenia, President of the Republican Party of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan visited Komitas Pantheon where he paid tribute to Andranik Margaryan.

Serzh Sargsyan was accompanied by Andranik Margaryan’s son Taron Margaryan, Vice-President of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan, Vahram Baghdasaryan, Hayk Mamijanyan, Samvel Nikoyan, Hovhannes Sahakyan, Eduard Sharmazanov, Galust Sahakyan and other members of the Republican Party of Armenia.

Andranik Margaryan served as Prime Minister between 2000 and 2007. Serzh Sargsyan became Prime Minister after the death of Andranik Margaryan.
