Armenia official: Support program for Karabakh residents being funded since Wednesday

YEREVAN. – The program to support the people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) is being funded since yesterday. The minister of labor and social affairs, Mesrop Arakelyan, noted about this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia.
