Guiding by paragraph 4 of Article 68 of RNK Constitution, on September 4, President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan has signed a decree on appointing Ara Harutyunyan as RNK PM.
According to the decree, the RNK Prime Minister has been instructed to submit a proposal to the President on Government staff within 20 days.
