According to the newspaper’s information Gyumri newly-elected mayor PAP member Samvel Balasanyan before elections added the number of his bodyguards. After the elections he told the boys he doesn’t need so many bodyguards. Besides, he didn’t pay the money he promised.
The newspaper tried to find out why from S.Balasanyan’s press speaker Zohrap Yeganyan. “There is a guard service in the factory belonging to Balasanyan family, which acts according to the contract signed between the sides. And financial obligations assumed by the owners are done in a timely manner and appropriately,” Yeganyan stated.
