Canada worries about Safarov’s case

Canada is worried about last events spread around Ramil Safarov’s case, especially the undesirable events which emerged as a result of granting him pardon. This is said in the statement released in embassies of Canada in Turkey, Georgia, Azrbaijan and Turkmenistan.
“We call for all the parties to undertake necessary measures for adding trust and having structural investment in peaceful settlement of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Canada supports current peaceful activities and initiatives aimed at the development of regional cooperation and reconciliation,” the document reads.
