These days RA former MoD Deputy Minister, ARF member Artur Aghabekyan will be appointed NKR Deputy PM. This Artur Aghabekyan himself told eMedia.am, noting that he received appropriate suggestion and has already given his agreement.
“There was a suggestion and I agreed,” he said.
