Murderer hides under his lover's bed

Criminal case has been initiated in Sevan Investigative department of Gegharkunik Regional Investigative division of Police Chief Investigative Department according to the characteristics of the 10th paragraph of the 2nd part of Article 104 of RA Criminal Code (murder out of hooligaism).
Photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan has reported to shamshyan.com, that today, on September 16, the officers of criminal investigation of Police Ararat regional department and Ararat and Sevan departments, when realizing the operative data, at about 5 AM, arrested Aygavan village resident , 26-year-old Aram Ghazaryan at “Yengo Surik’s bar-night club” of Aygavan village Ararat region. Samvel Asatryan, the judge of first instance court of Gegharkunik region , has decided to arrest him, because Police Sevan Investigative Department had initiated criminal case against him (accusing of murder), and he was declared as wanted.
Alarm had been received at Police Sevan Department on September 7 of this year, at about 23.30, that a man corpse has been found neat Sevan linear station of town of Sevan. The Police operative group led by Sevan Chief of Police Vigen Aghekyan, had arrived at the scene and learned, that the dead is Never Sergeiyan, an employee of “South Caucases Railway CJSC”, who had died in run over.
The operative Investigative group had found out, that until the run over, dispute had occurred between a group of people at the mentioned place, during which A. Ghazaryan had run over the people he was arguing with, in his “Mitsubishi” 891 OS 64, as a result of which N. Sergeiyan had died. After that A. Ghazaryan has run away.
The next day of the happened, Sevan police officers have informed their Ararat partners about it. Ararat police officers have trapped A. Ghazaryan and tried to neutralize, but he drove his “Mitsubishi” over the police car and again esccped.
G. Shamshyan has reported that A. Ghazaryan is also working at Masis mechanized linear station of "South Caucasus Railway CJSC" as a driver. Mamikon Ghazaryan, his father has also been with him during the dispute.
