Fatal car accident on Kapan-Syunik motorway

An alarm was received on September 16 at 05.32 pm that a road accident occurred on Kapan-Syunik motorway, there were sufferers. A firefighting squad was dispatched to the scene. Turned out, that on the 10th km of Kapan’s Khor gorge UAZ vehicle, plate numbers 08 ol 613, went off the road, turned round and blazed. Before the squad arrived at the scene sufferers Aram Hayrapetyan, born in 1973 and Levon Papyan, born in 1972 were moved to Kapan City medical center with different bodily injuries, where doctor’s said their health condition was average. Fire was isolated at 05.38 pm and extinguished at 05.40. UAZ vehicle belonging to Henrik Papyan totally burned.
Later information was received from 1-03 service that Aram Hayrapetyan born in 1973 died in the hospital.
