Woman photographer who snapped topless pictures of Kate is in hiding as Royals head to Paris court to demand she's jailed

A female photographer is 'in hiding' today as lawyers for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge demanded prison for the person who took pictures of Kate topless, the Daily Mail reports.
Valerie Suau, nicknamed 'sewer', has worked for some of the biggest news agencies in Europe and will be named in evidence presented to a French judge by the Royal couple's lawyers but she denies producing anything 'explicit'.
The royal couple will use the unprecedented court case in the Paris suburb of Nanterre to complain of a ‘grotesque’ breach of privacy after French Closer published the naked images last week.
It came as a tawdry Italian magazine owned by Silvio Berlusconi will today publish 50 photos of the Duchess of Cambridge topless – defying Palace pleas for restraint.
