PM’s chair is secondary for PAP

Lurer.com talked to PAP spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan on Serzh Sargsyan’s speech at Government session.
Turning to Serzh Sargsyan’s speech, he said: “For me it’s rejoicing that agenda issues which have been put forward and is being put forward by us for a long time became agenda issues also for the political majority, at least for their leader – the country’s president, which appeared with appropriate criticism. I wish, I’m eager to believe, that these events will herald to changes, which at last will lead our country to prosperity, development and progress.”
To the question whether this is a PR action towards presidential elections, Mr Urikhanyan replied: “That’s why I say, I want to believe that it’s done out of some goals, some considerations and at the moment I’d like to avoid interpretations, leaving conclusions to the public.”
Turning to the rumors, that this was also a message to PAP connected with PM chair, he said: “PAP is ready and will always be ready to assume total or partial government, to take the responsibility, but only in case when there is no any precondition, any circumstance prevailing our own political course or moreover, any ware. Another circumstance here is secondary.”
To the statement, that it can be concluded from all this PM’s chair is secondary for the PAP, he replied: “In any case conviction is primary, possibility of realization of our own policy is primary.”
