Citizens were given three questions:
1. Are you aware of Serzh Sargsyan’s speech at the Government on Saturday?
2. What’s your assessment?
3. Do you expect following changes or not?
Some of the citizens think they haven’t ever seen the result of such consultations, some part is of the opinion that it’ll lead to positive changes. There were some people that consider this consultation as a pre-electoral performance.
