PAP supports RoL out of tactical considerations

Today the “Hraparak” newspaper wrote that PAP Ashtarak regional agency has decided to support the former ROL and now non-partisan Razmik Terteryan’s candidacy in the elections of September 23.
In the interview with Lurer.com PAP spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan said: "We don’t have such a decision, but made that decision out of tactical considerations, which, for some reason, caused surprise (I mean connected with the candidate). We’ll notify about the further actions around the election period.”
Note that the candidate nominated in this district had made a self-rejection, which was interpreted by Tigran Urikhanyan as a strategic move. He had urged to wait for new events. In response to our question whether it is possible that this is one of those events, he said. "I’ll put it this way: let’s live to see. I wouldn’t like to go ahead of the events."
