Raffi Hovhannisyan’s speech to run for presidency (video)

Today at Armenian Center for Strategic and International Studies Heritage party head Raffi Hovhannissyan announced that Armenia needs a new, an innovator and de yure President: “RA fourth President won’t be reelected, as Armenia should be declared a parliamentary republic.”
Heritage party leader Raffi Hovhannisyan also told reporters that he’ll run for presidency.
“This was a speech to become a candidate, which I consider important, that through civil, political and unprecedented elections RA had at last a president which will belong to his nation. I’ll do my best that the Armenian nation had the victory belonging to it by nominating my candidacy and if there’s need also by exclusion.”
After the speech Raffi Hovhannisyan announced that he’ll answer to all questions on October 1 at 01.00 pm at Congress Hotel.
