The long-awaited independence- 21.09.1991 (video)

21 years ago, on September 21, 1991, a whole nation said "Yes," to the long-awaited independence. On September 23, Armenia's Supreme Soviet adopted a decision to secede from USSR and create an independent state.
2 million 42 617 people gave independence to our country through referendum. The idea of state has matured in the collective consciousness of the nation, conditioned by high level of national self-consciousness.
