Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vandzor Office head Artur Sakunts assures, that CEC President Tigran Mukuchyan doesn’t tell the truth, that on September 9 no complaints were received on local self-government elections to central and district committees.
Mr Sakunts told the newspaper, that they applied to district committee and in future will present election fraud in detail in their report.
