Armenia can be proud of its way passed since the independence: French President

France's President Francois Hollande has sent a congratulatory message to Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of RA independence, which reads:
“Dear Mr. President,
I’m delighted to address you and the entire Armenian nation on the occasion of Armenia’s national holiday, wishing happiness, prosperity and success.
Armenia can be proud of its way passed since its independence. Your country has been able to move forward along the path of democracy and prosperity, at the same time strengthening its position in the international arena.
The special relationship between France and Armenia is deeply rooted in history and is marked by the friendship between the French and Armenian peoples. I'd like to continue the mission launched twenty years ago, which is directed towards building saturated and reliable bilateral relations in all the fields, without exception.
I also use this opportunity to welcome your own will to let it be possible to continue the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process. France, as a co-chair of the Minsk Group, pays the greatest importance to it.
I’m delighted to host you in Paris soon and to have the opportunity to continue our negotiations.
