Expedition is lost on top of Mount Aragats

On September 22, at 01.10 an alarm has been received, that on September 21, at about 10.00 en expedition of 7 people moved to the top of Mount Aragats from Aragats village of Aragatsotn region and climbed the northern pick at about 19.00.
On its way back the expedition got lost. Measures have repeatedly been taken to contact the members of the expedition, but no success. At 01.59, citizen Galstian informed the Ministry of Emergency situations, that the expedition is on the western part of the mountain (on the way to Aragats village). 10 firemen-rescuers and the regional rescue team left for the possible scene. The rescuers found Aparan residents Mehrab Hakobyan born in 1990, Manuk Barseghyan born in 1990, Gegham Tonoyan born in 1992, Vanadzor resident Gor Grigoryan born in 1992, Levon Vardanyan born in 1993 and citizens of the Republic of Georgia Narek Anatolyan born in 1991 and Armen Chakhalyan(1991).
