The trial on ANC activists will be held on September 28, at noon. Lurer.com talked to ANC activist Areg Gevorgyan, to find out what expectation do they have from the trial.
According to Areg Gevorgyan, the barrister should present petitions, that court of first instance illegalities have been displayed during the trial.
“The barrister is to present petition to the court, that court of first instance violated the procedure and lots of illegalities have been done and accordingly the trial should be considered illegal. Despite the fact of petitions being legal or illegal, we can say for sure, that to rely on justice, impartiality, because even if petitions will be satisfied, this will be apolitical decision, both Court of Appeal and Court of Cassation will be lead by their political goals in their decisions,” Gevorgyan said and added that parallel to the trial they’ll activate street protest activities.
