On September 23 at around 02.30 pm driver of ZIL vehicle while regressing on Araratyan Street in Armavir City hit Sevak Serobyan, born in 1949 at the entrance of wine and brandy factory, which not coming to consciousness died in the hospital.
Investigation is underway.
