HRD was unaware

Information was shared in media today, according to which prisoner Artak Chagharyan, which is sentenced to life in prison in Nubarashen prison it’s already 6 days that he declared a timeless hunger-strike. Lurer.com contacted Head of Public Relations Department of the RA Human Rights Defender’s Office Naira Karmirshalyan to find out what the reaction of HRD was on the accident.
The speaker replied Lurer.com, that no call was received on HRD hot line and they are not aware on it.
To the question whether it’s possible that HRD will visit the hunger-striker, the speaker replied: “If he calls our hot line, response will be given, but right now I’m going to inform our rapid response group to visit the prisoner.
