“168 hours”: case court trial without Avetyan’s father

During the case court trial held yesterday at Court of First Instance of Yerevan’s Nor Nork and Avan administrative districts barrister Avag Lalayan was appointed defendant Aram Khachatrayan’s lawyer, after which the case court trial was adjourned for the purpose that the latter got acquainted with the materials.
Military doctor Vahe Avetyan’s father Gagik Avetyan informed through Tigran Yegoryan, that he doesn’t want to participate in the court trial. Other sufferers were also absent. Edgar Nikoyan, Garik Soghomonyan asked judge David Harutyunyan to consider their absence valid. Next court trial is due on October 3.
