The system doesn’t allow to do the necessary: Aram Sargsyan (video)

Today on September 15 RA President Serzh Sargsyan, has convened a meeting, which was attended by the heads of Republican executive agencies, led by the Prime Minister, the heads of the offices of RA President and government, RA Attorney General, the Mayor of Yerevan, the heads of permanently operating agencies, created by RA law, and the chairman of RA NAS.
Taking into account the severe discontent observed in RA President’s speech addressed to the responsible bodies of executive agencies, it seems, that Serzh Sargsyan wants to disband the government and dismiss the RA PM.

Lurer.com talked about this with Democratic Party leader Aram Sargsyan.

- Do you think the President will disband the government after his rebukes?

- No, the remarks weren’t such: as Mr. Sargsyan said, he was extremely dissatisfied with the work. I don’t think he was that much dissatisfied with the PM’s work. An appropriate atmosphere had to be created for the government to realize all its tasks. If they didn’t do, it’s already another matter, he could’ve punished the PM or dismiss him, but it’s not like that now. There is a need to clearly understand, that it eventually depends on the fight against corruption, whether it allows to punish all the involved people or not. Are there respective conditions for the fight against the shadow, against those people, who hide millions in the shadow or not. If such a situation is not created, then it means the entire atmosphere is not like that, and no government can implement those steps.

- How would you comment on the fact that it seems like not an issue has been solved after the remarks on the current situation?

- Only a couple of people were dismissed from work. In practice it is as follows: if the mentioned grab isn’t returned to the budget, it would be a simple imitation.

-If there is such a silence, do you think the money will be returned to the budget?

-what does keeping silence mean? The society is already aware, if was not before this )lurer.com corrects the speech), thus, today the authorities are already aware, the society knew very well, that the grab was huge: now the authority said it openly. This means it’s a matter of only ten to twenty days, we’ll see the truth of the said, after which the society is to demand, because it’s a part of our money, it’s about the money robbed from people.

-Recently open statements are being made on the necessity of changing the PM. What’s your point on this?

-The system doesn’t allow to do the necessary. As long as this system is not changed, no matter who is appointed, he won’t be able to come out of that circle, because the system doesn’t allow. I’ve repeatedly said, the system is the shadow, the monopoly, oligarchy, and, of course, corruption and bribery. Now these are the pillars that hold the system: until those pillars are not destroyed, you can even bring Jesus, it is not possible to do anything.
