Armenia
Armenia’s national air carrier Armavia company’s owner Mikhail Baghdasarov intends to sell his company, company’s press speaker Nana Avetisova told Lurer.com.
According to the latter many are interested in the company. “Italians have already come, got acquainted with the company, but there are representatives of other countries as well, which want to buy the company. Currently negotiations are in process, and everything will be finally clear, after something is signed,” she pointed out.
To the question, what’s the reason that the company made a decision to sell, Nana Avetisova said: “It’s known, that it’s already three years that the world air company suffers fiscal crisis and maybe all air companies work with losses. One of the reasons is that Armavia company isn’t profitable.”
