The "thief in law" is “crowned” via skype

Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that on September 7 of this year, “thief in law” David Khizanishvili, who lives abroad, has been “crowned” via the well-known Skype service.
According to representatives of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the method has been used by the "thieves in law" because it’s been 7 years that Georgia lacks representatives of criminal world.
MIA informs, that Khizanishvili is a leader of a criminal group. He has been arrested a few days ago Khizanishvili acted on behalf of “thief in law” Lashi Shushanashvili, who lives in Greece. It’s been also mentioned, that Khizanashvili is supports “Georgian dream” oppositional party.
