RF President V.Putin, as mentioned in Kremlin official website, signed a decree on September 15 on “Compatriots” state project and made it termless. Yesterday RA Government didn’t comment on this. By this program thousands of Armenians settled in Russia. After Putin’s decree it became more attractive and can transmit new impetus to RA emigration.
