On September 26 at 02.55 pm an alarm was received to Armavir City Police Department from a citizen that an argument occurred in one of the restaurants.
Restaurant owner told the squad, that the same day at 02.30 pm Sevak M., born in 1974 in the restaurant area had an argument with him , hit him, then taking the gun shot in the air for 2-3 times.
On September 26, at 03.30 pm Sevak M. came to the department and presented the Kolt type gun registered by his name.
Sevak M. is arrested.
Circumstances are being revealed.
Investigation is underway.
