“Hraparak”: why is Serzh Sargsyan leaving for France?

At the beginning of November Serzh Sargsyan will leave for France by the invitation of Francois Oland. The newspaper reports that before presidential elections he was on a great tour to the USA, where he met Kondoliza Rais, Dick Chain, Gates, then left for Brussles, afterwards to France.
To the question whether a likewise tour is expected, newspaper sources close to the President replied negatively. Maybe they’re afraid: Serzh Sargsyan left from an Armenia and returned to another one, Levon Ter-Petrosyan was waiting for him readily as a real alternative. In November Sargsyan will visit France. Irrespective of the fact that they say this is a partiy visit, Heyadr Aliyev was in France these days. Well-aware sources claim, that visit will have a very interesting detail, about which they don’t want to speak in advance.
