“Zhoghovurd”: Robert Kocharyan not to participate in presidential elections

Newspaper’s Moskivian sources inform, that RA second President Robert Kocharyan, which left for Moscow these days finally made his decision: he’s not going to participate in 2013 presidential elections. Despite many political powers weren’t excluding his participation, various analysis were being done on Kocharyan’s return, friends of the second president claim, that Kocharyan doesn’t have the intention to return to politics.
The newspaper tried to clarify the news from Viktor Soghomonyan, who is responsible for Kocharyan’s office, but the latter following the habit, didn’t respond to calls.
