On September 28 the leading expert-treasurer of the payment service has been arrested in regard with the misuse in the field of social security.
He is suspected in crime according to the 1st paragraph of the 3rd part of Article 179 of RA Criminal Code, which is Squandering or embezzlement in a large amount.
