Angelina, your “defeat” can become an anchor of hope of our nation

Yesterday on September 30 it became clear that “Compass” boys’ band is going to present Armenia’s Junior Eurovision 2012 with their song “Sweet baby”.

Name of the winner was decided as a result of professional jury and sms voting 50/50. Only viewers living in Armenia could take part in voting.

Note, 17 participants were taking part in the competition, among them there was Vladimir Gasparyan’s daughter – Angelina Gasparyan.

By the way, preliminary polls and various conversations edify, that there was a conviction, that Angelina will present Armenia in Junior Eurovision directly linking the victory with her father’s position.

But the voting results surprised almost everyone.

Of course, Eurovision competition has its great influence on the carrier of the participant. Thus, the desire of every participant to appear on the scene is natural, but Angelina’s 'defeat' came to prove that unbiased voting can be held in our country. With her example she generated legal and unbiased hope in lots of people.

Angelina, you’re small, and maybe you haven’t realized thatyet , but believe me, your victory was much bugger. I think years later you’ll realize that your example came to prove that fair voting and victories are possible in our country.
