We found article, but we didn’t find fact: Vartan Oskanyan

The issue to deprive PAP member Vartan Oskanyan of immunity was included at today’s NA session.
“There is money, but there’s no complaint, this is a hurricane not in a glass of water, I think, but in a thimble. Ignoring problems of our country we should touch upon these issues, these are our problems? You put the MFA of years, we’re busy with this. We work with Stalin methods, if a person is found, we’ll find an article. They found the article, but we didn’t find a fact,” a while ago announced PAP MP Vartan Oskanyan, presenting his counterarguments to RA Attorney General’s petition’s corroborations.
Then Vartan Oskanyan introduced his biography. He announced that its 4 generations, that the Oskanyans are busy with jewelry and diamond processing and his family piled some material means, which allows him t let his business in the USA and live in the hometown for good.
“I haven’t had any business,” Vartan Oskanyan said.
“I didn’t take any money from Armenia, I didn’t bring debts and loans to the country. I didn’t make use of any dirty money, I brought only financial aid and I keep on bringing. The speech is not about Hantsmans, but on various investments and grants,” Vartan Oskanyan continued.
“If I wasted, I had money. Why they say that I wasted Hantsman’s money, I wasted my money,” said Vartan Oskanyan.
Oskanyan also noted that Civilitas is a wealthy organization, as everyone believes, trusts and transfers money to it.
