Four years ago, on 1 October the decree of RA President Serzh Sargsyan founded RA Ministry of Diaspora and appointed Hranush Sargsyan as a Minister. The Ministry has done its best in the previous years to refresh Armenian-Diaspora partnership.
Congratulations to RA Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan, to all the employees of the Ministery on the occasion of the 4th anniversary and thanks to all the departments, partner organizations and individuals of Armenia and Diaspora, for contributing to the establishment of RA Ministry of Diaspora with warmth and willingness.
