“Hraparak”: Robert Kocharyan’s and Hovik Abrahamyan’s relations are tense

To the question how his relations are with Robert Kocharyan, Hovik Abrahamyan replied with difficulty: “These are working relations.” It’s not clear what “work” it is, when RA second president doesn’t spread any activity in Armenia.
According to newspaper sources these relations are rather tense. They became more tense as result of developments around Oskanyan, as both Oskanyan and Kocharyan didn’t consider possible such developments. Yesterday news was spread that in future Kocharyan will appear with a statement referring Oskanyan.
