86 years ago this day premiere of first Armenian movie “Honor” (Namus) launched in Moscow. Film was shot based on Shirvazade’s novel. It was shot by Hamo Beknazaryan in 1925.
“Namus” became the first Armenian mute film.
The film tells about the tragic love of a young couple – Seyran and Susan.
The film was recorded in 1960s.
