“Hraparak”: where was Tsarukyan?

Tsarukyan’s place is being kept like a state secret in PAP. Everything is done, that no one knew, where he’s gone and in NA the issue of PAP’s potential president candidate is being discussed. In the circles close to Oskanyan they claim, that he’s gone nowhere and he’s at home. People close to Tsarukyan say he’s away. Within a week the PAP head has to make a decision in which format he’s going to participate in elections and announce on his decision to Serzh Sargsyan, as they’ve decided before leaving. Tsarukyan faces the decision of changing a “papa”, so he’s gone to Ukraine to think over it,” whispered some PAP members.
