NA Heritage faction head Ruben Hakobyan touching upon removal of immunity of PAP MP Vartan Osaknian said, that Oskanyan is the victim of RPA-PAP game.
“Political persecution refers exclusively Oskanian. Rules of the game, which have formed between RPA and PAP, Oskanian is the victim of that formed game,” Hakobyan told.
