“Haykakan zhamanak”: issue of Robert Kocharyan’s nomination not closed yet

To the newspaper’s question whether it’s possible that Robert Kocharyan will be nominated for the president in 2013, head of Kocharyan’s office Viktor Soghomonyan yesterday replied: “I didn’t discuss the issue with him.”
To the question “It means, you don’t exclude that he can be nominated?” he said: “I neither deny nor comfirm this, I just say I didn’t discuss this issue with him,” Viktor Soghomonyan said.
Recently issue of Kocharyan's nomination is the one being most discussed among political circles: some exclude, others – just the contrary. Yesterday in one of the websites information appeared, according to which Kocharyan invited political PR specialists and he is seriously  getting prepared for the return. In any case Soghomonyan’s answer edifies that the issue isn’t closed.
