NSS to Oskanian: you can compulsorily be summoned

Vartan Oskanian wrote on his Facebook page:
“This political farce still goes on. Today I received a writ from NSS on “charges and interrogation.” The writ sent by RA NSS deputy chief, Lieutenant Colonel M. Hambardzumyan reads: “According to Article 153 of RA Criminal Code, you have to inform beforehand the investigation on not appearing on the mentioned term, otherwise you can  compulsorily be summoned.”
These inroads are not towards me, but towards Armenia’s reputation and our democracy.
At this new stage I want to thank all the people, which joined the petition to stop this political persecution. I’m deeply touched to see generous and sincere comments of those joined the petition from different countries of the world.
