Diaspora-Armenian journalists in Parliament

Participants of the “Toward 100th Anniversary of Armenian Genocide” Sixth Pan-Armenian Conference of Journalists were hosted in Armenia’s Parliament on Saturday and received by Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov.
Sharmazanov welcomed the journalists and presented the structure of the Parliament and working directions of the legislative branch. He underscored importance of the Pan-Armenian Conference of Journalists, which allows finding opportunities for cooperation in media field.
In addition, Sharmazanov emphasized the significant role that the Diaspora media outlets play in preserving national spirit, language and culture properly presenting it to the world community.
