The National Security Service (NSS) Department of Investigation has brought formal charges Monday against The Civilitas Foundation founder, former FM, and Prosperous Armenia Party MP Vartan Oskanian.
Oskanian had arrived in NSS on the same day, with his attorney Tigran Atanesyan. And upon leaving the NSS building, the lawyer informed news reporters that charges have been brought against Oskanian and pursuant to Armenia’s Criminal Code.
Earlier in the day, however, Vartan Oskanian had informed that he will make use of his right and therefore will not testify.
